High machine rigidity and running stability


Conical bed structure with high rigidity, high load bearing, symmetrical on both sides, the beam and the column are cast as a whole, achieving high rigidity and stability, and the three-axis optimal symmetrical structure ensures running stability and extremely high heat stability.
Highly sufficient bending resistance and torsional stiffness


The columns and beam together form an integral gantry type structure. In order to meet the heavy-duty cutting, the beam adopts a box-type structure with a rectangular section and reinforcing rib plate inside to ensure that it has sufficient bending resistance and torsional stiffness.

High precision retention and vibration resistance during machining process


X-axis adopts ballscrew drive*, Z-axis adopts two heavy-load, high-precision, roller type linear guideways, equipped with two balance oil cylinders, the spindle is configured with forced cooling system, all this features makes the spindle has high precision retention and cutting vibration resistance during machining process.

* ballscrew drive for X-travel of 4 meters, rack drive for 4 meters above.
